A long overdue review to be done but I have to say how incredible this place is. We booked the hall for a ceremony and the attention to detail in the decorations was phenomenal. We had a 3 course meal with our friends and family in the hall and everyone loved the food that was served. There was a really good variety for our vegetarian/vegan guests. The staff are amazing, Pauline is just incredible and was incredible on the lead up to the ceremony and made everything so easy for us. She really listened to everything we wanted in terms of food/decorations/layout and it was even better than what we could have imagined. Her daughter is a creative wizard and the decorations she made were mind blowing. The costing of it all was exceptionally reasonable for everything we had, even with a cheeky bouncy castle in the evening reception that the adults had more fun on. It really is a family orientated environment, they will always go above and beyond to make whatever you want for any occasion possible. The hot chocolates alone are worth popping in for a visit :) and a cheeky breakfast.
Pinewood Bar and Cafe were absolutely amazing last night. All staff including Georgie, Dawn and Pauline really helped make the evening. The food was so good, and we had a really great selection too. The atmosphere was lovely, everyone commented about what a lovely place you have, all adults and children thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We have made some incredible memories and we will be back; we have now found our favourite venue. Thank you so much for everything x
Lovely little cafe in a gorgeous setting with other facilities nearby. Also has events and bike nights. Lots a families on weekends. Caters for allergies including gluten free sausages. Worth a look.
Spent the evening there with psychic. It was 10 a ticket and was fantastic. The things she said was amazing. Afterwards had a lovely chat in the bar and even saw loads of motorbikes. Friday night is a meet up there for bikers. They are all so friendly and enjoy talking to people about their pride and joys. Very much a family environment.
Busy day for the staff. Motorcycle show and kids birthday party at the same time. About a 1 hour wait for a portion of chips.
Hired the hall for my husband's wake earlier this week. Pauline and her staff provided great food which was praised by many of the guests and the atmosphere was very welcoming, so much so that we stayed on into the evening and had a lovely chat with them . Would definitely recommend.
We visit the cafe both in the day and evenings. Even had parties there. The staff are amazing friendly and always go the extra mile to help. The food is wonderful too. My whole family enjoy sitting chatting to people there. Lovely place
What a great place. We had a 30th birthday party in the hall. Everything went very smoothly, all the staff are friendly and helped us with the setting up and clearing up in the hall. It is a great space, easy to move around. You can sit outside, sit in the bar area or in the hall, whatever suits you. There is plenty of parking space. We had a great time and everyone is so lovely, couldn’t fault it. Best kept secret, ...... oops everyone knows about it now!
